First floor bedroom has a queen sized bed w/spread.

Loft has a full sized bed and a twin bed w/spreads.

Living room has a queen sofa bed.

Sun porch has a futon couch/bed.

WHAT TO BRING

Food, beverages, coffee, spices, condiments, charcoal paper plates, paper towels, napkins, plastic cups, bed linens, favorite pillow, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, bath and beach towels, extra folding chairs, water gear, boats, kayaks, ATVs, bikes, trash bags, cell phone, fan.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

Pets allowed: No
A $200.00 cleaning charge will be assessed for any pet on the premises.

Smoking Allowed: No
A $200.00 fee will be assessed for smoking with in the structures. The tenant is responsible for maintaining a smoke free environment.

Parking: parking is provided at no charge adjacent to the camp. Guests needing overflow parking may park street side on camp property.

Furnishings: included all interior and exterior furnishings are included. Tenant is urged to bring any lawn chairs or other items they may require.
